Create A Scene!

Hi Riley Fans!

Are you ready for another Riley and Company challenge with the Riley and Company Design Team! This week our hostess is Cathy Edgar.

This week Cathy has given us a fun challenge .... we were to create a scene on our cards. Cathy has created a delightful scene using a back to school theme. She has combine "Schoolgirl Sophie" and the "Brick Wall" to create her scene.

Challenge Time!

Hi Riley fans,

Wow it is challenge time again ... don't the week's just go buy so quickly! I can't wait to see what the Riley and Company Design team have come up for this week's challenge.

This week Laurie Clout who is our hostess for the week has challenged us to turn a household item into a stamp and create a background. Laurie has given us a few suggestions of what we can use .... pencil eraser, elastic wrapped around a block and inked up, potato, sponge, netting from onions, children's blocks. Of course it is not limited to just those items, let your imagination soar!

For her sample today Laurie has used the net bag from onions and sweet potatoes to make the texture in the background on the sky and sand! Laurie used one of the new Summer Time release stamps, Seaside Sophia.
